You may remember this property as &ldquo;Laverlea.&rdquo; We&rsquo;ve restored its original name, Sugarberry Hill&mdash;the name Mrs. Laverne Dorn, who entrusted this land to us, used in her own writings. It&rsquo;s a name that honors both the history and spirit of this special place. Join us for fresh oysters, slow-roasted pork with all the fixings, an open bar, live music, and friends old and new. Your ticket helps keep this preserve thriving and open to the community, and enables us to conserve more land across the CSRA.
