LCMA Derby Benefit – Ticket Rules & Disclosures By purchasing a ticket to the LCMA Derby Benefit, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Non-Refundable Policy – All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather or personal circumstances. 2. Photography & Promotional Use – By attending this event, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded by Wilderness Ridge and LCMA. These images may be used for promotional, marketing, or fundraising purposes without compensation. 3. Liability Release – Horse Interaction – A horse may be present for photo opportunities. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with interacting with the animal. You voluntarily assume all risks and release LCMA, Wilderness Ridge, event organizers, horse owner(s) and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages related to such interactions. 4. Event Conduct – Guests are expected to engage in responsible and respectful behavior. LCMA and Wilderness Ridge reserve the right to deny entry or remove any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. 5. Age Restrictions & Alcohol Consumption – This event will include alcoholic beverages. Attendees must be 21+ to consume alcohol and must present a valid ID. Please drink responsibly.
