Over five days, you&#39;ll explore meditation not simply as a technique, but as a pathway for living with greater awareness, wisdom, and authenticity. Drawing from the traditions of Yoga, Buddhism, and Tantra, you&#39;ll experience a variety of meditation practices while learning the philosophy that supports them and helps bring them into everyday life. No previous meditation or yoga experience is required&mdash;only curiosity and a willingness to explore. Jason Wright is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher and has facilitated numerous 200-hour yoga teacher trainings in Australia. His approach brings ancient wisdom to life through practices that are meaningful and transformative. Jane Bloom is the founder of Dwellyoga Collective in Las Cruces, where she integrates movement, mindfulness, and creativity to support embodied connection and self-awareness.
