Please note: Completion of the vendor application is required. Your registration will only be considered complete once both the application and payment have been submitted.

Vendor fee does not include conference registration.

📌 Important Information

• Vendor spaces are limited and curated to ensure alignment with the values and atmosphere of this conference.
• Vendor spaces will be secured on a first come, first served basis.
• All vendors must complete the application process for approval.
• A General Standards of Conduct document will be provided upon acceptance.

Terms of Payment & Refund Policy

• Vendor registration is nonrefundable unless your application is denied due to misalignment with our values, morals, or biblical principles. Approved refunds will be issued within 7 days of denial.
• Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your vendor space.
• Refuge of Hope Ministries reserves the right to deny vendor participation to any business with outstanding balances owed to the organization or whose offerings do not align with the standards of this event.
