Special Assessment Wall Repair

At the recent TAPOA Annual Meeting 2025 (02/23/25), the community discussed, voted, and approved a one-time special assessment to support the repairs to our perimeter brick wall. The Special Assessment payments of $1,985.00 per lot are due on 04/15/25. There is a 45-day period, until 05/30/25, after that, a late fee of $50 will be incurred if a payment is not received by the due date.
