Community Banner Sponsors must provide their own completed, event-ready banner. Radness Ensues will provide a designated display space but will not design, purchase, or print sponsor banners.

Banner size and delivery instructions will be provided before the event. Banner placement will be determined by Radness Ensues based on available space, safety, visibility, and event setup needs.

The Community Banner Sponsor level does not automatically include a booth or table.

Banner Sponsors using a booth space must provide a free, fun, all-ages activity for community members to participate in. Sponsors are responsible for planning, supplying, and staffing their activity.

Community tabling is available exclusively to nonprofit organizations and community-focused or service-providing organizations that offer resources, education, outreach, advocacy, support, or other direct benefits to the community.

Corporations, commercial vendors, and small businesses are not eligible for Community Tabling. Businesses interested in participating should select one of the available sponsorship opportunities.

There is no required minimum contribution for approved Community Tabling participants. Organizations are invited to contribute what they can, and no approved organization will be excluded because it cannot afford to pay. Contributions help Radness Ensues cover event costs, programs, administrative expenses, and general operating support.

Community Tabling participants receive:

• A designated event-day booth or table space
• Listing as a community partner or participant when appropriate
• Basic event-day visibility

Every booth or table must provide a free, fun, and welcoming activity for community members.

Activities must be:

• Free for attendees
• Appropriate for an all-ages event
• Interactive and easy to understand
• Inclusive and accessible whenever possible
• Supplied and staffed by the participating organization
• Approved by Radness Ensues before the event

Activities may include a simple craft, game, prize wheel, demonstration, photo activity, collaborative art project, trivia, educational activity, or another approved hands-on experience.

Participating organizations are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, displays, activity materials, equipment, supplies, and staffing unless other arrangements are approved in advance.

Pay-what-you-can Community Tabling is a participation opportunity, not a sponsorship level. Participants are not guaranteed logo placement, promotional benefits, premium River Road-facing locations, or sponsor recognition unless they also contribute at an established sponsorship level.
