Timeless Wellness is an exercise and movement class which focuses&nbsp;on strengthening the body, mind, and spirit for age 50+ community members. Together, we&rsquo;ll reflect on how to change and improve daily habits, from what we eat to how we move our bodies. We will learn practical tools for healthy living inshahAllah. The class will be taught by Wesam Dawah. Wesam has been a member of the Yaseen community since its inception. &nbsp;He is a physical therapist dedicated to helping individuals regain strength, mobility, and independence. His holistic approach to wellness is shaped by a diverse background in sports, martial arts, and travel. Over the past several months, Wesam has been closely supporting a child from Gaza through his recovery journey. He looks forward to sharing his expertise to help build a healthier, stronger, and more supportive community.
