Please fill out one form PER CHAPTER LEVEL for your group. Each chapter may register ONCE during each registration window. Please make sure you have an accurate ticket count before submitting your registration.

At the door tickets are not guaranteed. Seats are limited and may sell out. We encourage you to purchase tickets early.

• LUNCH - Lunch will be a boxed lunch from Chick-fil-a including a chicken sandwich, chips, cookie and bottled water. (No specialty lunches available). We recommendall attendees will need to bring a refillable water bottle. Water refill stations will be available throughout the venue.

- Outside lunches are not permitted at the venue. If you select tickets without lunch, you will be required to leave the venue to eat lunch. There will only be a 1 hour lunch break.

• BUS PARKING

- There will be a limited number of bus parking spots available on-site at the Classic Center. If you do not have a bus parking pass, your bus driver will be required to locate parking off-site. Bus parking passes will be $45 per bus.

- If you are staying at one of the local hotels, there will be bus parking at your hotel. See below for hotel information where we have secured a block rate.

• T-SHIRTS - Youth sizes - Adult XL - $18 Adult 2XL/3XL - $20

• VOLUNTEERS - Chapters are NOT required to provide a volunteer. Chapters who opt to provide a full-day volunteer will receive a voucher for $50 off their chapter dues for the 2025-2026 school year after their volunteer serves at TomeCon.

• HOTEL BLOCK RATE

- We have secured a block rate with the hotel attached to the Classic Center. Reservations must be made by February 17 to take advantage of the block rate.

I have read and understand the following cancellation policy: If Tome Society is unable to host TomeCon 2025 due to pandemic, weather, or other cause beyond its control, no refunds will be provided. In the event of cancellation, virtual content will be provided in lieu of the in-person conference. T-shirt purchases will be honored in the event of cancellation by Tome Society and shipped to your school. In the event that your school system or school administration does not allow a registered group to attend TomeCon, no refund will be provided.*

Schools are not required to provide a volunteer. If you would like to provide a full-day conference volunteer from your school, you will receive a voucher for $50 off your 2025-2026 school year chapter dues after your volunteer serves at TomeCon.
