Dull tools are dangerous tools. In this two-hour workshop you'll learn to put a real edge on chisels and plane irons: flattening the back, setting a bevel, honing through the grits, and stropping to a mirror finish. We'll cover how to tell when an edge is actually sharp and how to keep it that way. Sun Nov 15, 1-3pm. Bring your own chisels or plane irons, or use ours. All stones, strops and abrasives provided. Ages 16+. Capped at 5. Members: enter code MEMBER10 at checkout for 10% off. Questions? discovermakers@gmail.com
