Meet Willy John — A two-year-old Pitt Pointer mix with radar ears and a wag that never quits. He likes rolling around in damp grass and eating Chipotle burrito nubs. He does not like bath time or lettuce!

His perfect day includes a long, sniff-filled walk and a high-energy playdate at the dog park. Equal parts athlete and cuddler, Willy greets life like it’s a parade thrown just for him.

Meet Cora — Also known as Coraline, Corabelle, Rah Rah, Rahri, and Floof, is the queen of sass and sweetness. On any given day, you can find her outside chasing chipmunks, squirrels, and groundhogs (a couple of which she's actually caught!) or pouting by the door for her THIRD walk of the day.

She's best known for giving face kisses and high fives, plus making silly sounds like squealing, snorting, and getting the hiccups when she's excited. According to Cora, she has no flaws, but she doesn't like sharing her toys or bringing them back if you try to play fetch with her.

Meet Andy — AKA "Andy Bo Bandy"

I'm a 1-year old border collie/healer mix. I was born into a shelter, then transferred to One of a Kind pet rescue where my pawrents saw me and immediately fell in love! My favorite things are going on walks, chewing my bone, car rides and of course snuggling with my mom and dad.

My goal is to help my furry friends that haven't been fortunate enough to find amazing homes like I have. You can help them by voting for me as this year's Buddy Sessions Top Dog!

Meet Moon — Moon first came to Memorial Animal Hospital when he joined his wonderful new family back in January of 2024.

Ever since his very first visit, he has completely stolen their hearts with his incredibly happy, people-loving, and silly personality. Honestly, anytime Moon walks through the doors, he brings the absolute perfect dose of joy and serotonin that brightens everyone's day! 

Meet Riley — Sometimes known as, Roley, Roley Poley, or just Dog, I’m a surprisingly spry 12.5-year-old Australian Cattle Dog. In my free time, if I’m not thinking about my next meal, you can find me running in my sleep or begging my humans to play fetch. I love to run up and down stairs and follow my humans all around the house. 

Even though baths make me sad, I love to swim. I’m a skilled catcher of toys, give the best hugs, and will do just about anything for a treat (including, sit, lay down, stay, speak, roll over, high five, and shake, to name only a few of the tricks up my blue heeler sleeve).

Meet Ned —Hi, I'm Needle Nose Ned but my mom says you can just call me, Ned.

Before we get started, let's clear up a few things.

No, I'm not a coyote.

No, my humans didn't shave me.

I'm a Smooth Collie. We're not super common, we're handsome, and apparently we're frequently mistaken for wildlife.

I’m a dog who takes my responsibilities very seriously. My tiny human, Eleanor, requires constant supervision. Wherever she goes, I go. Someone has to make sure she's safe, and I've appointed myself Head of Small Person Security.

When Eleanor is busy, I report directly to my mommy, Calley. She's my favorite grown-up, and I make it my mission to never let her out of my sight. Personal space is very overrated.

I also serve as Chief of Homeland Defense. Squirrels? Suspicious. Deer? Extremely suspicious. The neighborhood is only peaceful because I tirelessly patrol the yard and chase off every potential intruder with great enthusiasm. You're welcome.

People always stop to ask what I am. The answer is simple: I'm a loyal family dog, professional cuddle expert, full-time protector, and part-time local celebrity.

So if you're looking for (some) brains, beauty, unwavering devotion, and just a tiny bit of dramatic barking, I'm your guy.

Meet Frankie —Hi, I’m Frankie, and I’m not just a dog… I’m a full-time adventure expert, neighborhood greeter, and professional toy destroyer!

You can usually find me strolling through the streets of Kent, making sure everyone knows I’m around. One of my favorite stops is visiting Angela at Pennington Barber Shop, where I pick up a quick treat, enjoy some attention, and remind everyone that I’m kind of a big deal.

When I’m not exploring Kent, I’m busy with my favorite hobbies: destroying cardboard boxes, tennis balls, stuffed toys, and (of course) squeakers from every toy I touch.  I also have one very important nightly requirement: my bully stick. I don’t ask for it… I demand it.

With endless energy, a big personality, and a tail that never stops wagging, I am ready to prove I'm not just a good dog — I'm a TOP DOG! 

Meet Dusty —Dusty—the sweet, three-legged gentleman with the biggest heart. 

He may not be the youngest pup in the contest, but he's definitely one of the most deserving. Dusty has survived being hit by a car, lost one of his legs, and later lost the person he loved most. Through it all, he just can't help but be happy. His tail still wags, his heart is still full of love, and he still believes his forever family is out there. 

Dusty is around 10 years old, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, crate trained, and the ultimate couch potato.  He loves nothing more than snuggling up next to his favorite person, soaking up belly rubs, and enjoying the simple things in life. All he's asking for is a cozy couch, a peaceful home, and someone to love forever.
