16855 2nd St

Pine, CO 80470

Historic Tour
$15

Join us for a captivating walking tour of historic Pine Grove, a charming town founded in 1886 at the site of a major railroad stop. This guided tour offers a unique opportunity to explore the rich history of the area, including stories of its colorful past, notable residents, and folk Victorian architecture.

Learn about Charles Dake, the visionary founder of Pine Grove, and discover how people lived in the town during its heyday from the 1880s into the 1930s. Along the way, you'll see Victorian-style homes and structures, each with its own story to tell.  Stops on the tour include the historic Pine Community Center, the Pine Grove Cemetery, the Pine Library and the newly completed Pine Grove History Park.

Tea Party
$15

Step back in time and continue the celebration with a charming afternoon tea at the historic Pine Grove Community Center. Following the walking tour, guests are invited to gather, relax, and enjoy a thoughtfully curated tea experience inspired by simpler times.

Enjoy a selection of freshly brewed teas alongside classic finger foods, light hors d’oeuvres, and small desserts, all served in a warm and welcoming setting. This is the perfect opportunity to connect with neighbors, share stories, and soak in the history of our mountain community.

Whether you’re joining us after the tour or simply coming for tea, this experience is designed to feel cozy, nostalgic, and just a little bit special as we celebrate Colorado’s 150th year together.
