• Time: Must be onsite by 8:30 am, we depart promptly at 9:00 am

• Don't forget to pack your overnight bag along with any medications and/or medical devices, any snacks or specialty dietary foods 
• We will stop for lunch at Riveters prior to arriving at the hotel so please review the menu to prepare ahead of time. 
• Luggage will be stowed in the bus compartment so be sure to keep important items in your carry-on for easy access. 
• You may also want to bring snacks, drinks, a phone charger, and small comfort items for the ride.
• Important: To ensure we stay on schedule, please be advised that if you do not show up on time or are a no-show without prior notification, the bus will depart without you. We appreciate your understanding!
