Join Survivors RISE for free online yoga on Tuesday, April 29 from 6-7pm! As an online event, you can join us from the comfort of your home or wherever best suits you. Trauma Sensitive Yoga is a specific style of yoga that is slow, gentle, and deeply relaxing, giving participants many options to ensure they are able to take what they need from the class. Our instructor, Andrea, is a certified Yoga instructor with an additional Trauma Sensitive Yoga certification. To register, include an email address that you can easily access so that we can send you the link to the class on the day of the event. We hope to see you there!
