The target audience is seasoned leaders, entry-level supervisors, and all in between. Human Resources and Training Professionals for train-the trainer support. Certification is obtained through in-person participation with attendance verified each of the three days. A 50-question exam is taken on the 3rd day of the session with a required pass rate of 70%.
