s.Join Tribe Tikvah for a 45 minute cat style yoga class amongst furry friends at Le Cat Cafe and a 45 minute visit at the cafe. All levels of experience are Welcome! This instructor-class will offer modifications and variations throughout as well as time for meditation, savasana, and of course saying hello to cats that join you on the mats. Cats will be wandering around throughout class, perching and observing from afar, or flopping right on your mat with you! After class you can socialize, hang out with kitties for half an hour and have some soothing complimentary beverages! Tickets cost $20.00. Space limited. Must register now!
