This beginner-friendly workshop introduces participants to the Zentangle Method, an easy-to-learn and meditative art form created through drawing structured patterns. Founded by Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas in Massachusetts, the Zentangle Method encourages creativity, mindfulness, and relaxation through simple, repetitive strokes. As the Zentangle philosophy says, “If you can write your name, you can draw!” During the workshop, participants will be guided through the eight steps of the Zentangle Method and will create their own beautiful piece of Zentangle-inspired artwork. The art is traditionally created on small pieces of paper known as “tiles,” making the process approachable and enjoyable for all skill levels.
