Sponsor a team for the UCARe Golf Tournament and help provide an opportunity for golfers, volunteers, community partners, or special guests to participate. UCARe will coordinate the team assignment. This option supports the fundraiser but does not require the sponsor to provide player names.

Includes:

• Sponsorship of one foursome/team
• UCARe will assign the golfers unless otherwise requested
• Recognition as a team sponsor
• No golfer names required at checkout

If the sponsor wants to send their own golfers, they should choose Foursome Team or Ace Sponsor instead.

Support the UCARe Golf Tournament by sponsoring lunch for golfers, volunteers, and event participants. Lunch Sponsors will receive event recognition and appreciation from UCARe. After registration, a committee member will follow up for your business name, logo, and recognition details.

Support the UCARe Golf Tournament by donating raffle item(s), gift cards, baskets, services, or experiences for our event raffle. Raffle donations help raise additional funds for UCARe’s community outreach efforts and are a great way to showcase your business to golfers, REALTORS®, affiliates, and community partners. After selecting this option, please provide a brief description and estimated value of your item(s), and a UCARe committee member will follow up to coordinate drop-off or pickup.
