Talking matters. Making sense of our experiences and developing a coherent narrative can be an important part of healing. But sometimes insight only gets us so far. &nbsp;You can understand your patterns and still feel stuck in them.&nbsp; UNSTUCK is a two-hour experiential class exploring the latest neuroscience of trauma and nervous system healing, and then actually doing something with it. We&rsquo;ll take what we learn and bring it into the body through movement, connection, nervous system regulation, and practical exercises drawn from KCT&reg;. The goal is not to sit around talking about trauma. It&rsquo;s to understand what your nervous system is doing, try something different, and experience the shift in real time. You&rsquo;ll leave with practical take-home tools you can keep using long after the class ends. All bodies are welcome here. You do not need to be fit, flexible, coordinated, or ready to jump into every exercise. Everything can be adapted, and watching absolutely counts. Co-regulation is contagious, and sometimes your nervous system can learn a lot just by being in a room where regulation is happening. Yes, we&rsquo;ll learn the science behind that too. No need to tell your trauma story. This is not a processing group.&nbsp; Come curious.
