Please use this form to pay for the USADB Youth Camp 2025.  The camp will be at the Illinois School for the Deaf in Jacksonville, IL from June 25 to June 29, 2025. Registration fees are as follows:         EARLY BIRD               1 team           $650.00               2 teams        $1000.00  (1 boy, 1 girl)DEADLINE TO SUBMIT REGISTRATION FORM (EARLY BIRD):  APRIL 18, 2025           REGULAR                1 team           $700.00                2 teams        $1200.00DEADLINE TO SUBMIT REGISTRATION FORM:  MAY 2, 2025 For payments, we will be accepting Zeffy (online), PO, EFT or check. Please plan accordingly to ensure the payments are in USADB's hands no later than May 9, 2025.
