Valrico Academy Families we would love to have you host a trunk! You will get volunteer credit for participating.

If you own a business that you would like to promote, please purchase the vendor trunk listed below.

Trunk setup begins at 3:30 p.m. ALL tents/ tables must be set up 
no later than 5:00 p.m. Event will run from 5:30-7:30pm.

Registration will close on Friday, October 16^th, 2026

Please bring all necessary items for your 10-foot X 10-foot space, including a table, chairs and a decorated trunk. Be aware your space will
be on an asphalt surface with no access to electricity. You are welcome to bring an outdoor canopy if it does 
not exceed 10 feet by 10 feet when set up.  

Please decorate your trunk in a festive and fun way including an activity, but remember this is an event with little kids present, so let's keep the decorations family-friendly and elementary age appropriate.

Top 3 winners of the trunk contest will receive a prize! 

 **Must supply your own trunk, decorations, and candy/giveaway items**

Teacher will receive $75 Classroom Wallet dollars for hosting a trunk. Only 2 teachers per trunk please.

Take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to set up and sell products from your business at Valrico Academy PTSO’s Trunk or Treat. Businesses will pay a $75.00 vendor space fee and keep all profits from any sales made throughout the evening (of course, any donation to our school would be greatly appreciated!).
