INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:Each vendor must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and&nbsp;Endorsement with the Chino Hills Horsemen&rsquo;s Association, McCoy Equestrian Center and City of Chino Hills, listed&nbsp;on both documents as additionally insured.&nbsp;The general liability insurance must be for a minimum of two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) general aggregate and one million ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence. Certificate of Insurance (COI) and Endorsement must be provided with payment of fees prior to final approval no later than 45 days prior to the event. &nbsp;Food vendors must also provide a copy of your health certificate
