Our event will take place on Saturday, May 17th, 2025, from 10 am - 4 pm at <a href="https://www.fwharley.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color:currentcolor;user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit" target="_blank">Fort Worth Harley Davidson</a> located at 3025 W Loop 820 S, Fort Worth, TX 76116.  This will be an outdoor event with indoor public facilities.  All vendors will set up outside of the main building.  Please plan your set-up accordingly.  Shade and/or electricity will be available on a first come, first served basis.   Vendor spots will be 10x10 areas.  If more room is needed, please contact Dina with your request. Setup:Vendors may set up from 9 am – 10 am on Saturday, May 17, 2025.  Electricity is not guaranteed, and vendor spots will be based on a first come, first served basis.  Vendors must supply their own equipment, furnishings, and electrical cord (when applicable). Clean up: Vendors will tear down and clean up their own space and trash no later than 30 minutes after closing.   Fee:Vendors must pay a $25 vendor fee by March 1st, 2025 to secure their spot at the fundraising event.  This fee is refundable before February 1, 2025.  After February 1st, the vendor fee becomes non-refundable.   By completing this registration, vendor acknowledges they have read and agree to all conditions described above.  Vendor and all its associates agree to abide by these conditions.   For questions about this registration and/or our fundraiser, please contact Dina Chrysler at <a href="mailto:CDivaDinaC@gmail.com" style="text-decoration-color:currentcolor;user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit">CDivaDinaC@gmail.com</a>.
