Vendors will be located on the main ballroom level, ensuring maximum visibility and convenient access for attendees throughout the Leadership Training Institute. With an expected attendance of over 450 clergy and laity from across the Northeastern Episcopal District, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your products and services to a wide audience.

Each vendor registration includes one table and designated setup space for the duration of the Institute, including the Saturday Ordination Service, which draws additional guests and attendees. Additional tables or vendor spaces are available only with the purchase of additional vendor spots.

Vendor Meals & Refreshments

Please note that vendor registration does not include meals, snacks, beverages, or general LTI registration. Vendors who would like to participate in meals or receive any food or refreshments included with general registration must purchase a general LTI registration in addition to their vendor registration.

The hotel has an on-site restaurant and convenience market/store where food, beverages, snacks, and other items may be purchased throughout the Institute. Vendors are also encouraged to plan accordingly for their own meals and refreshments.

Lighting & Electrical Access

The vendor area is located within the hotel’s ballroom/conference level and utilizes the venue’s existing lighting. Vendors who prefer additional or specialized lighting for their display are encouraged to bring their own battery-powered or rechargeable lighting.

Access to electrical outlets cannot be guaranteed and should not be assumed as part of vendor registration. Vendors whose displays require electricity should plan accordingly and, whenever possible, bring fully charged or battery-powered equipment.

We encourage vendors to come prepared with everything needed to create an attractive and effective display within their assigned space.
