Vendor agrees to add 10% of revenue made from sales over $200 on the day of the event.

Food Vendors are responsible for any Health Department requirements involving preparation of food for the festival. No alcohol sales are permitted, we are a family friendly event.

Vendor Fee

This serves as a vendor contract for  Beltane at the Center at Stone Mountain, occurring Sat, May 17th, 2025, with  a rain date of May 18th 2025. The vendor understands that the Center at Stone Mountain (hereinafter CASM) making aspace available to set up a booth/facility at the grounds of Stone Mountain Farm on the above date during the hours of 11am and 7pm. We understand that vehicles assisting with set-up must be out of the Vendor Circle by noon. The vendor is responsible for all set-up and break-down and is responsible for removing all their debris from Stone Mountain Farm grounds, including garbage and recycling or a cleanup fee will be charged Vendor assumes full responsibility for all liabilities incurred as a result of vendor doing business or operating concession or event, and holds CASM and all its officers harmless for any obligations not specified in this contract.The Vendor agrees to pay CASM, which is a Not for Profit (501(c)(3)) a registration fee of $40 at the time of signing up, to hold your space as well as 10% of revenue made from sales over $200. The Vendor understands that no alcoholic beverages may be sold or served on Stone Mountain Farmgrounds, and that CASM events are family oriented. If a vendor has any questions as towhether or not services or items being sold are appropriate, an officer of CASM should beconsulted. The Vendor understands that CASM cannot condone any political platform orpublic or private cause, and the Vendor assumes sole responsibility for its activities in thisregard.
