LXCL:Registration fee is $150.00 per 10' wide space. No refunds after May 24, 2027. Registration does NOT include entry to Saturday evening dinner gala. Due to insurance and liability requirements, ALL VENDORS must be registered guests of LCS in order to participate in any of the LCS functions. By participating in the London Cobra Show, vendors agree to release and hold harmless the Ohio Cobra Club, the London Cobra Show, Madison County, City of London, OH, and the Marriott Hotel, from any and all liability. Vendors are invited to display their products and services at this year&#39;s London Cobra Show on Saturday, June 26th in Gasoline Alley. This is an area set aside for vendor displays, and is a closed off section of London&#39;s Main Street, directly in front of the Madison County courthouse. Vendors may begin setting up their display Saturday morning at 6:30 am and must have it completed no later than 9:00 am. All displays must be removed no later than 3:30 pm Saturday, as the street is then opened and used for the Strawberry Festival parade. Your early registration is helpful to us in our show planning and is encouraged! Registered vendors may display their products in the parking lot of the Marriott Hotel on Thursday and Friday evenings from 4:00 - 9:00 pm.
