Brown Skin Plant Mama, identifies herself as "The Plant Therapy Advocate" She is the daughter of a master gardener, so, plants are innate to her being. In 2020, Veronica reconnected to plants on a more spiritual level. That year, she started Brown Skin Plant Mama as a way to showcase her love for plants, but it quickly grew into a space of advocacy and awareness for dealing with grief and promoting mental and emotional well-being. Her platform has grown beyond just being a plant enthusiast. Veronica regularly shares her journey as a mother, children’s book author and creative entrepreneur. Her debut children’s book has seen success as she sold over 1,000 children’s book in less than a year of being published.
