Use this option if you need coverage in excess of $100,000. Select the amount based upon how many hundreds of thousands in coverage you are applying for, for each officer or employee you require coverage.
EXAMPLE 1: If you require $500,000 in total coverage for 1 officer or employee, select "5" items.
EXAMPLE 2: If you require $200,000 in coverage for two officers and three employees each, equaling five total individuals needing coverage, select "10" items, as each individual requires two hundred thousand in coverage.
EQUATION: (Total liquid assets amount [a] * number of officers or employees needing coverage [b]) / 100,000 = number of "items" [c].
