Little Striders Run Jump Throw Program Little Striders is a fun and playful program designed especially for children ages 3&ndash;5. Through games and simple activities, kids are introduced to the basics of running, jumping, and throwing in a supportive and encouraging environment. Our goal is to help young children build confidence, make new friends, and develop a love for being active. Coaches use imaginative games and positive encouragement to help kids practice listening, taking turns, and working together. Along the way, children learn important early skills like trying their best, being patient, and celebrating their progress, all while having fun and staying active.
