To help protect the integrity of our work and celebrate the impact of our community, Evolve Community Foundation, Inc. (“ECFINC”) asks all visitors to acknowledge the following:

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure: During your visit to the B.E.A.C.H. HOUSE, you may be exposed to non-public information regarding ECFINC’s programs, operations, strategic initiatives, partnerships, educational resources, research, technology, and proprietary systems, including the B.E.A.C.H. Life Track to Success & Purpose Community Healing-Centered Engagement Operating System™. Any confidential information shared verbally, visually, electronically, or in writing is provided solely for your participation with ECFINC and may not be copied, photographed, recorded, disclosed, distributed, or used for any purpose outside your authorized involvement without prior written consent. Individuals serving as volunteers, interns, contractors, consultants, researchers, board members, vendors, or strategic partners may be required to sign ECFINC’s full Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before participating in activities involving confidential information.

Photography & Media: ECFINC regularly photographs, video records, and documents its programs, events, and community activities to celebrate participant experiences, share community impact, support educational initiatives, fulfill grant and reporting requirements, promote fundraising efforts, and highlight our mission. During your visit, photographs, video, audio recordings, or other media may be captured. By completing this form, you acknowledge that media may be collected during your visit. You will have the opportunity to indicate elsewhere in this form whether you grant or decline permission for ECFINC to use your likeness, image, voice, or statements in print publications, websites, social media, newsletters, annual reports, presentations, promotional materials, educational resources, fundraising campaigns, and other organizational communications. ECFINC will make every reasonable effort to honor your selection; however, incidental appearances in public or group settings may not always be avoidable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Confidentiality, Photography & Media Notice and agree to respect the confidentiality of ECFINC’s non-public information during your visit.
