Help greet guests, assist with check-in, onsite registration, restocking of food and supplies, and more. Food and beverages provided.

Thank you for your interest to join us as a Tender Heart Volunteer at the Pregnancy &amp; Infant Loss Remembrance, Wave of Light, &amp; Benefit Event for Missing GRACE Foundation.&nbsp; Your time invested is essential to help us put on a memorable and beautiful night for grieving parents and families who have suffered the loss of a baby and raise needed funds to carry out our mission. Your presence, smile and heart to help, is noticed and attendees feel seen, supported and loved. There are many areas to help prepare for and put on the event. We will plug you in where you feel most comfortable when you arrive! Food and beverages are provided during all shifts. Choose one, two or all three options:* &nbsp;BEFORE the event (11 AM - 5 PM) to help with unloading event supplies, setup, food preparations, decorating, placing signage, blowing up balloons, and setting up all the lights. (Plan to arrive by 4 PM so that you can be trained in the volunteer role you will be assigned.)* DURING the event (5-8 PM) welcoming guests, checking in the pre-registered and helping onsite registrants, as well as helping with the remembrance activities.* AFTER the event (8-10 PM) to clean up and pack/transport event supplies tot he MGF Resource Center located 10 minutes from the event.&nbsp; We want to ensure that the families who attend feel special and their babies&#39; lives are honored beautifully. We do our part to make things go smoothly and to attend to all the details.
