Join us for a special afternoon of fun, service, and meaningful purpose with High School Students. 2:30 PM &ndash; 2:45 PM Arrival and Orientation2:45 PM &ndash; 4:00 PM Games and garden revitalization4:00 PM &ndash; 5:00 PM Community dinner This community event is designed to bring volunteers and youth together through hands-on activities that build relationships and create lasting impact. What to expect:<ul fr-original-style="text-align: start;" style="text-align: start; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Garden Revitalization &ndash; Volunteers and students will plant flowers and plants together to help refresh the garden and create a space everyone can enjoy. Volunteers are encouraged to bring a favorite plant to share and plant with the students.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Games &amp; Icebreakers &ndash; Fun activities will help everyone get to know each other in a relaxed and welcoming way.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Cookout &amp; Community Dinner &ndash; A cookout prepared by the City of Refuge kitchen team will give volunteers and students time to sit together, talk, and build relationships.</li></ul>Our Goal: To create meaningful connections that can grow into mentorship relationships and bring hope to youth who need caring adults in their lives.Come ready to have fun, serve, and make a difference!
