Volunteers will be asked to serve as &quot;supervisors&quot; or point persons for Consejo members who will be serving as ushers for this event.&nbsp; This year, guests will be sent a QR code with a seat assignment (no more looking for names on a seating chart!), which will be scanned by the ushers. Seats will be labeled with seat assignments (ex. Row A, Seat 12) to, hopefully, simplify the seating process this year.&nbsp; As supervisors, your role will be to field questions from the ushers, hold a paper copy of seat assignments (in case the internet isn&#39;t great), and have a backup map color-coded by VIP &quot;type&quot; to act as a safety net for any complication that may arise.&nbsp; We will meet once via video conference call to go over roles, logistics, and questions. If you would be willing to use your personal device (any device with a camera and cell service: phone, tablet, etc.) in case help is needed to scan QR codes, that would be very helpful. (No apps or software are needed, it will scan with your camera app and open a webpage with a seat assignment. We will not be able to provide you with devices.) While the program goes until 6:30, please carve out time to be there until 7, just in case things run a little far behind.
