5k Set-Up team will help set up for the 5k between 6am-7:30am. Tasks include, but are not limited to setting up tents and tables, putting route signs up, setting up race start/finish line, setting up volunteer check in and break area, etc.
The 5k Check- In team will check in 5k participants and hand out registration packets as needed.
The hydration station team will be responsible for filling and handing out cups of water to 5k participants in designated spots along the route! There will be one spot that will be at the 1 + 2 mile mark as well as a tent at the finish line will snacks and water for participants. *If signing up with kids to participate in handing out water, please use only the parent name and contact information and leave a comment that your child(ren) will be with you!
We will assign the 5k photographers to different areas to ensure we have pictures of all the things- the starting ceremony, participants, start of the race, mid-trail, finish line, and award ceremony! Please let us know if you are a professional and have a camera or if you will be utilizing a phone with a good camera such as an iPhone.

This team will help tear down and clean up after the 5k and help us set up for the Family Fun Day!
This team will help check in and distribute wrist bands for the Family Fun Day!
Not sure where you'd be the most helpful? Pick this volunteer position! We will put you where you're needed! Runners will help us check in on vendors and other volunteers to ensure they have what they need.
Help us capture the fun and excitement of the Family Fun Day! We need multiple photographers and videographers to help us capture the memories. Please let us know if you are a professional photographer/videographer and bringing a professional camera or if you will be using a good quality phone camera!
Help us bring the FUN by getting people the engage in the activities and events! We have several fun activities and competitions planned- help us orchestrate the activities (passing out hula hoops, demonstrating, etc.) and get participants and invite people to the dance floor!
We have several activity/game booths we will need help setting up and running these stations!
Do you have artistic abilities?! We'd love to have your talent to do face paintings in our face painting booth!
This team will help us pack up and clean up the fun!
This team will help distribute race packets the day BEFORE - Saturday, September 27th at Dash Sports in Downtown Clermont.
