As boxes are unloaded, each student is given a number. Every box associated with that student has the name number on the box. Boxes must be inspected to insure each item is in the students box.

Boxes then need to be placed in numerical order for ease of pickup.

Upon entry, families will come to a table with each students name and number associated. Boxes will be organized by number for ease of pickup.

Once families have been given their number they need help finding their box(es) and ensuring contents is correct.
