Create & Decorate the Raffle containers that will go by the Raffle prizes in each store that is offering a raffle prize. We will have a better idea of how many we need by mid September. We would like all the containers to be identical, match the theme and easily identifiable for Rompers to locate in the businesses.

Some of the Wharf businesses have agreed to provide promotional items for the Swag Bags that we will give to registered Rompers. Swag Sistas will go to the Wharf places we have listed to collect the items and then stuff the Swag Bags to prepare them for the Romp.

Deliver Raffle Containers to the Wharf merchants that are listed as offering a Raffle Prize and deliver window Posters to the Wharf merchants that are listed on the Romp Route Map
