8AM- 1PM- Saturday set up- Help us transform the event space! This team will set up tables, chairs, tablecloths, decor, signage and organize areas for food, silent auction, and registration.

3:45-5:45 PM- Welcome guests as they arrive, help direct them to the registration and seating areas, and assist with flow throughout the evening

needed at 6:15-7:00PM- 2 by each door to the Sanctuary. You will be responsible for opening the doors for worship night and greeting and answering questions on seating- The MC will be calling groups to enter one at a time. The "Guests of honor" will be the first to enter, then the business sponsorships, reserved tables, and then all ticket holders.

4:15-6:00 PM- Serve dinner, refill serving trays as needed, assist with meal logistics.

4:15-7:30PM- We will have 2 drink stations. Keep the drinks full! Monitor and refill drink stations. Sweet/unsweet Tea, Lemonade and water- Ensure cups and ice are stocked. These volunteers do not need to stay at the stations the entire time, but need to make sure everything is stocked.

4:00-6:15PM-Assist with organizing the silent auction tables, answering questions about items and min bids, helping close the bidding process when the time ends.

8:15-8:45- Cash out anyone paying w/ cash/checks. Cards will be used by scanning the QR code and paying online.

8:30-9:30PM- Many hands make light work! Help us clean up, fold up tables and gather up chairs, decor, and make sure the space is ready for church the next morning!
