🎬 Gio Foundation Family Movie Night – Volunteer Registration 🎬Thank you for helping make Gio’s Movie Night a success! Please review the information below before completing your registration.Volunteer Information:     •    Please choose your preferred time slot to volunteer.    •    If you are planning to volunteer and bring your family, please make sure they are registered separately so we have an accurate headcount for seating and food.    •    By registering, you are committing to serve during the time slot you select — we are counting on your help to keep the event running smoothly.    •    This is an outdoor event by the lake — don’t forget to bring your own chair or lawn chair for when you are not on duty.    •    Complimentary Lunch/Snack, cotton candy, and popcorn will be provided for all attendees and volunteers to enjoy.  Your support allows us to create a fun, safe, and memorable night for all families in attendance. We couldn’t do this without you! Thank you for supporting our mission—your support is invaluable! Movie Night Waiver and Release of Liability <div>1. Assumption of Risk I, the undersigned participant, understand that my attendance at the event is voluntary. I acknowledge that attending a public event involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to: </div><ul><li>Personal injury (e.g., tripping over equipment, slips, and falls)</li><li>Property damage or loss</li><li>Illness (e.g., contagious diseases such as COVID-19)</li><li>Unforeseen incidents </li></ul><div>By registering for this event, you agree to the waiver and release of liability outlined below., I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this movie night event. </div><div>2. Release and Waiver of Liability By participating in the event, I release the host and its representatives from claims, demands, and actions arising from my involvement, including those related to personal injury or property damage. I agree to indemnify the host for any costs they incur if claims are made on my behalf. </div><div>3. Medical Authorization I authorize the host to seek medical treatment for me or a minor under my supervision if I cannot provide consent in an emergency. I am responsible for associated medical costs. </div><div>4. Photo and Video Release I grant the host the right to use my and/or my minor's image for promotional purposes without compensation. </div><div>5. Minor Participation If signing for a minor, I confirm I am the parent or guardian and agree to all terms on their behalf. </div><div>6.
