Create a Walking River Panel Using Natural Dyes as Part of our&nbsp; Lantern&nbsp;Walk Workshop Series Join us for a creative, hands-on workshop inspired by the movement and beauty of water! Participants will use natural dyes to transform lengths of fabric into &ldquo;Walking River Panels&rdquo;&mdash;flowing pieces of fabric designed to look like moving water. Indigo will be our primary color, but we will also have madder (red), and marigold (yellow). Participants are welcome bring one or two items from home to dye! This workshop is part of a special series where community members can create beautiful, nature-inspired pieces to wear or carry during our Lantern Walk. You&rsquo;re welcome to attend the workshop simply for the fun of creating&mdash;participation in the Lantern Walk is not required&mdash;but we would love to see your creations flowing alongside the lanterns! All workshop participants will receive a discount code for Lantern Walk registration and are invited to bring their finished Walking River Panel to be part of this magical community celebration. $20 per person; all materials provided for river panels, participants are welcome to bring one or two items from home to dye!
