Homeschool Water Balloon Battle &amp; Creek Play Click for details Join us for a high-energy homeschool water balloon battle, followed by creek and nature play at Pinehurst West Park! This is a fun opportunity for kids to cool off, move their bodies, build friendships, and enjoy outdoor play with other homeschool families. We will provide reusable, self-sealing water balloons for the battle. Children can run, throw, dodge, laugh, work together, and enjoy some friendly competition in a positive group environment. After the water balloon battle, families are welcome to stay for creek and nature play, including splashing, exploring, looking for rocks and bugs, and enjoying time outdoors with friends. This event is a great way to add movement, social connection, outdoor exploration, and summer fun to your homeschool week. If your family attends the water balloon battle and creek play first, you may want to park near the south triangle of Emmanuel Baptist Church&rsquo;s parking lot for the park portion. Before P.E. begins, you can drive farther up the parking lot and park near the north entrance of Emmanuel Baptist Church. Directions reminder to Pinehurst West ParkPlease use Google Maps when navigating to the park. Apple Maps may send you to the middle of the overpass, while Google Maps correctly brings you to the south end of Emmanuel Baptist Church&rsquo;s parking lot, near Pinehurst West Park. Important: Staying Dry for P.E.Homeschool P.E. takes place indoors after the water balloon battle and creek play. The church is locked for security, but Bri can let families inside to use the restroom if needed because there is not a restroom at the park.
