Important information:&nbsp;Registration will begin at 8:30 AM and go until the last ride leaves or we have reached our capacity. &nbsp;Please be registered at least 1/2 hour prior to your ride leaving. You will check in with the QR code on your registration email. The week of the ride you will be emailed a &quot;driver&#39;s sheet.&quot; Please print, fill out, and bring to registration to speed things up :)&nbsp; Drivers AND Passengers need to check in the day off. Trailer parking is available at the school next to the fire station. More parking details will be sent the week of the ride. At time of check-in your rig will receive a numbered sign to place on your machine! If you have anyone under the age of 17 riding with you, a waiver will need to be signed in-person at check-in. We will be having a Chinese raffle the day of the event, meaning you will purchase a raffle ticket(s) and you will choose which item you want your raffle ticket(s) to go towards by placing it in corresponding bucket for each item. Need not be present to win. Drawing will be following the last ride arriving at station.&nbsp; There will be a meal again this year for a free-will offering. You will have the option to eat before and after the ride, but we&#39;ll also have the meal available out on the ride this year.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;During the Event:During the event, we ask you to please be courteous to those around you. We will have designated stops (some with porta-potties!) along the route. These stops allow the groups to gather back together.&nbsp; To ensure the ride moves along efficiently please do not stop in an undesignated area or go off the designated trails. Do NOT drive through any farmer&#39;s crops or hay fields. STAY ON THE TRAILS AT ALL TIMES! At each designated stop, the trail leader will have an air horn, 1 blast is a 5-minute warning, 2 blasts means it&#39;s time to go.&nbsp; Please be courteous and pick up your trash!&nbsp; If you need help at any time during the ride the Waterville Fire Department crew members, along with landowners and individuals appointed to help that day, will have special bright colored shirts or vests on, as well as flags on their rigs.
