Thank you for your interest in serving at We Need to Heal Atlanta. Please review the following expectations before submitting your application.

Volunteer Requirements

• Volunteers must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and demonstrate a lifestyle consistent with Christian values.
• Volunteers are expected to serve with humility, excellence, integrity, and a servant's heart.
• Volunteers must be available to serve for the entirety of the event (all event days and required volunteer meetings).
• Volunteers may be assigned to any area of service based on event needs and team placement.
• Volunteers must follow the direction of team leads, coordinators, and event leadership at all times.
• Volunteers are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding attendee information, ministry moments, and internal event operations.
• Volunteers must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, speakers, staff, and fellow volunteers.

Important Information

• Submitting a volunteer application does not guarantee selection as a volunteer.
• Due to limited volunteer positions, applications will be reviewed and approved based on event needs.
• Volunteers are not guaranteed a seat in event sessions. Volunteers are serving the event and may be assigned duties during sessions.
• Volunteers should come prepared to serve first, not attend first.
• Volunteers must be available to serve at 1PM on Thursday, and 7AM on Friday and Saturday for all days of the event. DO NOT sign up to volunteer if you cannot fulfill this.
• Failure to fulfill assigned responsibilities may result in removal from the volunteer team or event overall.
• Volunteers must be at least 18 years old unless special approval is granted by event leadership.
