Movement is at a slower pace, grounded and joyful, and gentler on your knees, back, and joints. Doundoun dance class is for you if you're:- Coming back to movement after time away- New to West African dance and curious to start- Craving rhythm and connection without the pressure to "keep up" Limited to 15 students per class. Drums + sticks provided —- please let us know you’re coming so we can pull a doun for you. Also welcome to bring your own!!

West African dance class --- every Monday in Austin!Whether you&#39;re brand new or a seasoned mover, this class welcomes you. Come dance, train, and dive deep into culture.
