Prizes<ul><li>Grand Prize:<ul><li>One (1) winner will receive a 1946 Ercoupe 415-C aircraft, as-is, where-is, with all defects latent and patent.  There are no warranties, express or implied, except for the warranty of good title to the aircraft valued at approximately $26,000.</li><li>In addition, the winner will receive $10,000 in cash/credit to assist with taxes and upgrades associated with the prize.</li><li>The aircraft is airworthy, with a current annual inspection. The winner is responsible for all costs related to registration, insurance, and maintenance of the aircraft. The prize can be transferred to anyone you wish, as long as they meet eligibility requirements. Taxes and Expenses<ul><li>Tax Responsibility: WRFC recommends prize winners consult their tax advisor before accepting any prizes.  All prize winners are responsible for all fees, taxes, or expenses involved with their prize(s).
