INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP is open to anyone age 13.5 or older.
By submitting this application, you agree that you are applying for fraternal membership at Whelan-Ewartsville Grange #114, WA; that you desire to unite with
others in elevating and advancing the interests of the American family and community life, receiving in turn the benefits and advantages of those who
belong to the Grange. You promise a faithful compliance with the By-laws of this Grange and the Constitution and By-laws of the State and National Granges. You also agree that you have not previously applied for membership in this or any
other Grange during the past six months.
Family Fraternal Membership Application Fee

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP may include two adult members of a household and their dependents up to age 18, or age 23 if in school or the military, or any dependent due to disability of any age.
By submitting this application, you agree that you are applying for fraternal membership at Whelan-Ewartsville Grange #114, WA; that you [each member of your family included in this membership application] desire to unite with others in elevating and advancing the interests of the American family and community life, receiving in turn the benefits and advantages of those who
belong to the Grange. Each of you promise a faithful compliance with the By-laws of this Grange and the Constitution and By-laws of the State and National Granges. You also agree that none of you have previously applied for membership in this or any other Grange during the past six months.
Individual Associate Membership Application Fee

By submitting this application, you agree that you are applying for associate membership at Whelan-Ewartsville Grange #114, WA, providing support but without the rights and priviledges of fraternal membership including, but not limited to, voting or holding office in the Grange.
