Grace&rsquo;s practice, Trillium Midwifery Care, supports home birth families across the Twin Cities. For Grace, the art of midwifery is rooted in sincere relationships, weaving in a blend of age-old wisdom, current research evidence and well established community standards. As a community midwife, Grace is devoted to offering midwifery care that is inclusive, highly personalized, and responsive.
