Identity, Worth, Forgiveness, and Community. Out of the four areas is there one specific area that you feel you are lacking in your life right now?5.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Do you have any food allergies or special requirements?6.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Do you like coffee/creamer/Tea?
