Hadestown Teen Edition is a full-length, youth-oriented adaptation of Ana&iuml;s Mitchell&rsquo;s folk opera that retells the Greek myths of Orpheus and Eurydice, and Hades and Persephone. Set in a modern, industrial underworld, the musical explores love, doubt, and sacrifice through folk and jazz music, specifically adapted for young performers. &nbsp;Young musician Orpheus travels to the underworld to rescue his love, Eurydice, who was lured to Hadestown by the promise of security. The plot parallels the story of Hades and Persephone.
