And because of the nature of what we've built, latecomers cannot be admitted. The door closes and there's no slipping in after. So plan to arrive early.

Doors open 30 minutes before the experience.

By purchasing a ticket to the Lumora Theatre, the participant acknowledges that the event carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, and hazardous weather, and voluntarily assumes all such risks. The participant agrees not to sue, and releases Mass+Matter, The Meraki Agency, Lumora Theatre, its staff, performers, and leadership from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injury, death, or property damage arising from participation in the event, except to the extent caused by Mass+Matter's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
