This is a Coach Ticket - Every Coach gets a ticket to the WST Team Parties.  Jennifer Truong will distribute a Coach Ticket directly to each Coach via Email. Wilmot Ski Team coaches, racers and their families are invited to our 1st Team Dinner of the 2024-2025 Race Season.   Dinner will be an all you can eat, "Italian" Buffet at Country Inn & Suites, Galena from 5:45pm-10:00pm.  The cost for each ticket is $25/person and includes, an "Italian" dinner buffet, non-alchoholic drinks, and dessert.   WST Board pre-pays all of the team parties.  The cost of the ticket offsets the costs of the team parties and does not include any fundraising component.  This is simply the per-head cost charged by the hotels and their caterers. The conference room at the hotel holds 100 people, so space is limited and is limited to ticket holders.  Tickets must be purchased in advance.  Please be considerate of your teammates; purchase only as many tickets as you actually have attendees.  Refunds or exchanges for ticket purchases are NOT available.  Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Zeffy adds a "fee" to keep this platform free to 501c3 - if you don't want to pay it --- choose "Other" at checkout to remove the fee from the cost of your purchase.  That is the only option to remove it...
