Every attendee needs their own ticket.  Tickets are general admission, no assigned seating, and are non-refundable.  Ticket includes (appetizers, buffet dinner, nonalcoholic drinks, and dessert).
We do have vegetarian and gluten free options available; please reach out to Jennifer Truong at treasurer@wilmotskiteam.org if this applies to you.

Wilmot Ski Team racers and their families are invited to our 2nd Ski Team Dinner of the 2024-2025 Race Season.   This will be a GREAT event! The event will be formatted as a Ski Team Dinner AND it will also include Racer Video Review (with coaches) AND Ski Waxing & Tuning (bring your racers skis if you want some assistance and hands-on-learning with waxing/tuning).   Dinner will be a Dinner Buffet at Best Western Plus Dubuque Hotel & Conference Center, Dubuque from 5:30pm-10:00pm.  The cost for each ticket is $29/person.  The cost of the ticket includes, buffet dinner (appetizers, chicken tenders and wings, meatballs, pizza, salad, etc), nonalcoholic drinks, and dessert.  We do have vegetarian and gluten free options available; please reach out to Jennifer Truong at <a href="mailto:treasurer@wilmotskiteam.org" style="text-decoration-color:initial;user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit">treasurer@wilmotskiteam.org</a> if this applies to you. The conference room at the hotel holds 160 people, so space is limited.  Please purchase your tickets in advance so that we have an accurate guest count for the venue ahead of time.  Please be considerate of your teammates; purchase only as many tickets as you actually have attendees.  Refunds or exchanges for ticket purchases are not available.  Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
